Open your "User profile" by clicking on the user name in the upper right corner of the page.

The User profile page allows you to manage your user profile.

The following data is available for edit:

  • Last name

  • First name

  • Middle name

  • Mobile phone number

  • E-Mail

Important! Do not leave the fields "First name" and "Mobile phone number" blank, and the fields "Mobile phone number" and "E-Mail" must contain the correct data!


It is possible to set up Email notifications about events related to the change of inspection or multiinspection status:

  • Inspection is created

  • New access groups has been set to inspection

  • Inspection has been shared to me

  • Inspection has been sent to review

  • Inspection has been sent back to an user to repeat

  • Inspection has been sent for approval

  • Inspection has passed review

  • Inspection is rejected

Additionally it is possible to configure:

  • User language - the default interface language in the web version and the mobile app

  • Inspection queue notifications - show push notifications in the web interface

  • Number of days to display completed inspections in the mobile app - in days

  • Number of days to display incomplete inspections in the mobile app? - in days

The "Change password" tab also allows you to change your current password.

Any user can independently delete their account through the web interface by going to “User Profile” and clicking the “Delete your profile” button.

The profile will be frozen for one hour, during which, when attempting to log in, the user will be able to restore the account.
